when i try to setup the lights for rendering, i always have the default scene light. Also when i setup a light. I tried it with mantra also with arnold, with the same result. The lights, that i put in the scene doesn´t have any influence to the scene. There is always only the standart scene light. In the scene view (e.g. perspective view) there the lights shows correctly, but not in the renderview.

Try to solo light in the Mantra Render node
