Hey
So if we switch scheduler on a node and cook again, it picks up what that last scheduler was, the only way to switch the scheduler now is to restart houdini, that sounds like a bug to me?
Using Houdini 17.5.265

Sounds like a bug, but I can't repro that problem in 17.5.292. Which node are you using ? I assume you're setting the topscheduler parm ?

Hey
Yes I am setting the scheduler on the topnet node, tried to change that, still need to restart houdini
Will try latest build

I also saw this, if I had two deadline scheduler nodes, different settings on each, if I changed which scheduler was being used on any given fetch, it didn't pick up the change.
it seemed I could only have one instance of the scheduler node.

I must be missing something simple because I really can't reproduce the problem. Is it possible to post the steps or a hip ?
