Under houdini/pdg/types/schedulers I can find many schedulers' implementation code, but no in-process scheduler. I wonder if it is implemented by C++? Also, I can't find any code of the Geometry Import Top and the Invoke Top nodes.

Yes, the in-process scheduler and both the nodes you mentioned are implemented in C++.
