im starting to use Houdini and i realized that the rotation view its a little uncomfortable, i can fixed?

By rotation view do you mean the way the view port tumbles?
If so you can go Settings > Main Preferences > 3d Viewports and change the Tumbling method. 80's Style Euler is the type most similar to other 3d packages.
