Would it possible to add a possibility to control frame attribute in the partition or any other way?

Because it causing an issue in the later PartitionByFrame operation when incorrect frame (just a first one) is coming from the upstream partition.

So my apologies if I'm doing it wrong.

There are some changes available in tomorrow's daily build that should help with that use case. Each partitioner node now has a parameter on the Advanced tab that can be used to control how the frame is set. You can choose to have the partitioner not set a frame at all, which I think will fix your use case. The partitioner can also be configured to set the frame to the largest or smallest frame from items in the partition, or the frame from the first or last work item.
