I don't think so.

Using the light filter gel worked for me. I can use basic colour correction like gamma, saturation, exposure etc on my HDRI. For some reason it doesn't update the display of the HDRI but still affects whatever it's lighting. However if you enable "Render Light Geometry" then you can see the changes being displayed, although it was still bit buggy.

It won't update the display because that's using openGL. The light filter is a shader applied by karma only.
