How do you bring instanced objects into COPs for preview?

I've tried to bring it with sopimport and a lopimport inside it but it's not working.

Is there any workaround?

Can you clarify yourself a bit more?
What do you mean by instance? If you mean a packed instance then it will be hard to alter these. see https://www.sidefx.com/docs/houdini/model/packed [www.sidefx.com]
And can you show you're parameters from the sop import node?
