Hi I'm still very new to Houdini and I was trying to make a thruster and exporting it to Maya to render it.
My problem is that I can't get the shape of the sim in Houdini in Maya.
The two first ones is what I get in the Houdini viewport playing with Density and temperature attributes.



The shapes is from the thickness in the pyro thruster node. No matter what I try with the AistandardVolume in Maya like tweaking density, emission or temperature parameters, I just can't get the shape right.




Tweaking the density in Maya just make the shape thinner... Changing the temperature just makes it go brighter...

The very last image is me reducing the thickness value in the pyro thruster and somehow it looks exactly like my render in Maya ?


I'm confused.
Is this a Maya or Houdini problem ? I exported the VBD with just density and temperature, but it seems like Maya reads the density differently.
Does anyone have a solution ?
