I have particle bgeo file 500 mb , when i load this file in maya , memory jump to 18GB(in houdini is like 7GB)
Any info about this?

Geometries are actually duplicated twice. Houdini Engine itself has a copy, and Maya itself has a copy. Maya's particle DG data uses double, so it uses more memory than Houdini. If Houdini uses 7GB, 18GB in total sounds about right unfortunately.
