So I am a bit confused. If I download a free HDA for commercial sometimes it takes me to a limited commercial version of Houdini. Does that mean that the assets are only available in the version of Houdini they were made?

free cant work with the other versions. but the other versions work with eachother. I MAYBE WRONG! but thats what i understand
