I didn't have a horse model - so two actors came to my rescue. Fortunately the front legs actor is very athletic!

Mapped the back actor to the rear legs and some of the horses spine, mapped the front actor to the front legs, his spine is the neck and his head the head.

Had trouble working with animation clips for the first time - and with trying to make a horse costume out of vellum!
