I watched a tutorial on Volume Slice by Johnny Roek.
It works great, but I'm getting overlapping volume boxes and it shows up in my test render…and viewport.
Is there a way to get rid of the overlap?

I understand why overlapping is necessary. Smoke moves and once it hits the edge there will be no voxels of the same kind in the previous box.
I just wonder if there is a way to avoid the additive effect at render time on the overlapping areas.
Thanks for your help. I did play with the speed setting but it just increases/decreases the overlap size.
