I have many of these triangles, and they produce many excess points.

Is there a way to delete these points using an expression? so that i can apply to many of my triangles?

these are the 2 ways i've been introduced to so far (Delete or Dissolve node), maybe you are trying to accomplish something more complex in a later stage.

You could also try the facet sop, remove inline points option
