I havent receive my DEMO yet, but i read thru the FAQ about the apprentice demo. the part that worries me:

“Q: How is the Apprentice Edition licensed?

A. Your Apprentice Edition will be licensed automatically when you launch the software. Each license will last for 30 days at which time it will be automatically renewed. You will require an internet connection every time you acquire a license. At the time of a renewal you will be informed of any software updates.”

I have 2 NT workstation, the one that has a internet connection is not good for 3DCG, but the other is. Ideally, i would like to install the demo onto the one that is better for working with Houdini demo.

So is there a way to, get the license renewal info and copy and paste it to the other workstation? Any suggestion?

Someone should include this in the FAQ for Houdini Apprentice. Seem like a common asked question.
