I have tracked some footage in Syntheyes and exported to Houdini via script.
I get a drift on the trackers in Houdini. Pics to show drift in track circled in red.
I also exported the same track to After Effects and the track is solid, no drift.
Has anyone come across this issue? Or have any idea as to why this might be happening?

I can think of two things that could be an issue (I haven't used Syntheyes, but I have successfully imported camera tracking from Blender into Houdini):
1. Is it possible that Syntheyes' first frame is 0 while in Houdini it's 1? So everything is offset by 1 frame?
2. 9 times out of 10, the main problem is the film back size which is incorrectly exported. Basically I would double check to make sure that both your film back (i.e. sensor size) as well as your lenses are matched to the Syntheyes ones.
