RFE : Help Browser Split Bar Auto Min/Max

I'd like a setting to be added so that we can set the split bar to be up or down by default…

What do you mean by that? Depending on which arrow you click on the splitter bar, that's the direction in which it moves.

I mean the bar that separates the main window from the contents/search area

While we're on the subject.. is there a toggle to have the search/contents window pane minimized by default?
