Hey folks,
Basically I animated 120 frames in blender , baked the animation, I have just two objects ( character and bones ) . When I export as fbx and import in houdini, the animation is all messed up. Really need your help.

You'll have much better luck using the FBX Character Import SOP followed by a Joint Deform SOP. Importing FBX's through the file menu is a very old school way of handling this and won't allow you to do much with the animation data.
If you just need the deforming skin and not the full skeleton, consider a more modern format like Alembic or USD.

Any idea why fbxcharacterimport is so slow for me? It is a, granted, pretty heavy Character Creator 5 character (~200mb fbx, ~480 blend shapes, etc.) but it still takes around 7 min for Houdini to load the file from the second the filepath is dropped into fbxcharacterimport fbxfile path. Is this just normal?
