Implicit surfaces / extracting isosurfaces [[SOLVED]]

Gang:

I’ve been playing around with implicit surfaces, using a Volume and a Volume Wrangle to define the surface function. Works great! However, when I use Convert Volume to extract an isosurface, I get a watertight “isovolume” instead (see attached) … is there an alternative method to get a true surface? Or a preferred way to create implicit surfaces?

Thanks in advance,
Tim

use Convert SOP, you may need to adjust LOD UV or Divisions per span to 1,1

just set your LOD to 1,1 so that you use full res from your volume
