Teams offer a way of grouping a set of users based on a condition. With teams you can specify the list of license partitions the team has access to.
Note
A user can belong to zero or more teams.
Creating a team ¶

Open hkey and select the desired license server.

Login to a server account that has permission to create teams.

Select Teams from the tabs.

At the bottom select Create.

Fill in the name and rule of the team. Optionally select the partitions.

Adding partitions ¶

Once a team has been created select the desired partition from the drop down. Also make sure to select if the partition is to be borrowed by the users in this team.

Select Add once the selection has been made.
