New server configuration options to control the timing and frequency of automatic database vacuums on the default SQLite database backend.

The HQueue Scheduler TOP, HQueue Render ROP, and HQueue Simulation ROP now has a Combine Output Streams parameter to combine or separate jobs' standard output and standard error streams. If applicable, the separated streams can be viewed as separate logs on the HQueue webpage.

The HQueue job webpages now feature a new display mode to view submitted farm jobs as a tree structure, alongside the existing table view and grid view pages.
