The LOD Hierarchy tool allows you to plug in a set of OBJ nodes that should be exported as an LOD Hierarchy. The exporting process happens using FBX. The input strip of this node can take in as many inputs as desired. On the parameter interface you can also manually reorder the input order.
General LOD Settings
This is the name used for the top-most group/container of the LOD hierarchy on export.
Enabling this toggle lets you override how many levels of detail you want to export.
Number LOD Levels
Set the number of level of details you want to export. Ex: You plugged in 10 objects, but only want to export 5.
Export in ASCII Format
Determines if export should be in either ASCII or Binary.
Specifies what the export file should be.
FBX SDK Version
Allows you to specify which FBX SDK version should be used for export. Default is recommended for most applications like UE4, Unity, Maya etc.
This button triggers the final cook and exports the file to disk using the configured settings.
