FLIP SIM Waterline Problem Ocean Flat Tank

Hi Everyone,
this is my first post so please inform me if I do anything wrong.
For my project I want to have a ball rise and breach through an ocean layer.
I'm using the Ocean Flat Tank and my problem is that the particles are falling way below the waterline when the Ball is leaving the water. I use Boundaries and Reseeding but it's not fast enough to keep the waterline straight.
When I combine the the Flat Tank with the Ocean layer, the Flat Tank is clearly visible because it's falling 1 meter.
My Question:
How can I keep the waterline around the same level (not falling and rising 1 Meter)?
