Padding issue with pyro configure fireball

So I was just playing around not doing much of anything. Just having fun and I threw down a pyro configure fireball and started running it when I ran into something curious. I attached an image of one of the sims that came out from it. It looks like the flames are hitting a wall which I naturally assumed was a padding issue with the simulation. So I increased the padding, but that didn't fix it either. I was running the simulation in sparse mode. I changed it to dense and ran it with OpenCL and that sort of fixed it, but there was still a bit of clipping. The image attached is looking down at the fireball orthographically. Anyone have any ideas why this is happening? Maybe I'm missing something.
