Trying to fix houdini HDA for making terrain tiles to line u

I'm a student trying to learn the houdini software and use it to make terrain grid pieces so i can add them to unity / maya. Im having this issue where my Heightfield terrain doesnt line up properly. I have been trying to make 1000x1000 tiles line up perfectly, and in this file have tried to make 5000x1000 tiles
Im not sure how to show my hda, ill include screenshots of the issue, node structure, and hipnc file, hopefully this is the right place to ask for questions and get help.

make your height fields a little larger than the spacing of your tiles, merge them, then do a volume splice (heightfield tile splice). after this is done you can convert it to geometry and have no seams.
