I find this to be a big annoyance - once I open the help browser, it stays on top of the app window. I can see the app window underneath, but if I click on it the help browser still stays on top. Same if I click the tab that represents the app window in the taskbar. The only way to get the browser out of the way is by “reaching out” and minimizing it. PS: That's what happens in the Windows version, don't know about the Linux versions.
