The instructions video seems pretty straightforward. Did you do all of that? If you did and it still doesn't work, my next question would be, which version of Houdini are you using? It's possible that it might not be compatible with it? I would contact the author of the script.

Repeated the video instruction everything works fine. It was necessary to place scripts in a hidden folder of the user's Library. Thanks.
