Houdini was the primary tool for this live show opening sequence for Shawn Mendes. The opening particle animation was purely POP's and rendered in Mantra. I also used Houdini to convert the audio file into a circular soundwave animation using POPs. I then exported the curves and particles via Alembic to render in Cinema 4D.
