When I use Edit Capture Weights shelf tool in 12.5, selected points can't be marked in viewport. But in 12.1 it is working. This is bug or something was changed? Screen: http://clip2net.com/s/5hR0Ik [clip2net.com]

This is a bug. It should be fixed for tomorrow's Houdini 12.5.446 daily build.
