can I simulate and render 30 million particle fluid with 8 gbs ram

I have i7 4790 K and GTX 750 ti

8GB for 30 millions may fall short. It also matter whether you are on PC or laptop.
I noticed Windows doesn't handle memory well compare to Linux.
Also on Linux you have swap.
