IS there a way to go to houdini ogl software i cant find in enviorment dialog or user document

You need to set it in the Windows 7 Control Panel, not within Houdini. It's in the System category, then you click Advanced (along the left side), then Environment Variables. Then add a new environment variable - name HOUDINI_OGL_SOFTWARE, value 1.

Ah, I though I could just set that in my houdini.env. I did not realize it had to be a system environment variable.

Using Houdini Indie 20.5
Windows 11 64GB Ryzen 16 core.
nVidia 3060RTX 12BG RAM.

You can, but I couldn't recall if houdini.env existed back in H12 or not - so I gave the sure way of doing it
