What is this second input on the Orientation Along Curve SOP?
The docs are silent about it, it seems, after doing some searches,

What can we do with it?

it seams to be to control your up axis
it has to be the same geometry but displaced in your desired up direction
so if you just translate it up , every point on your curve will have an up orientation to be like {0,1,0}
