Houdini Engine Instancing Collision and World Partition/Cull

Hey!
I've recently started using Houdini engine for unreal 5.2 and had some questions:

I'm trying to create a floating island system by having an input geometry with points scattered inside and then having island gemoetry scattered to those points.

i have that working inside unreal but im unsure on how to get collisions working on each instance of the island, i have the collision set to block all on the geometry itself and the houdini HDA but i still fall through each island,

i was also wondering how culling or using the world partition system works with each instance as i cant seem to get them to unload and load when our of the grid range.
