Alembic Export for Groom and Animated Geometry Cache

Are there any plans to make Houdini Engine support sending `Groom` and `Geometry Cache` assets to be sent to Unreal without having to export/import? Either through `Node Sync > Fetch` or through HDAs?
My understanding is that currently these type of assets need to be exported as alembic files and use Unreal's type specific import options.
