Hi, I have done a few web searches but haven't found a New York based Houdini user group. I'm also not sure how many companies here use Houdini. London offices of the Mill and Framestore CFC do, but what about the New York locations?

I have steady freelance work from different companies using After Effects and 3ds Max, but I'd eventually like to find some New York based Houdini work as well. Any suggestions?

Start a Houdini user group and see who crawls out of the woodwork :wink:
Seriously though, gathering together is a good way to get information on your local community.

Framestore CFC NY uses Houdini too.
