I have installed and re-installed Houdini now and every time I cannot load the example files. Even when I try and manually run the scripts I get an error that the file cannot be found. No matter which .cmd file I try I get the same error. What am I doing wrong?

Try running ‘launch’ instead of ‘load’. There's known problems with load.

Firefox gives this error:
loadExternal: TypeError:RunHCommand(“version -n”) is undefined

and

IE gives this error

BUT if you click launch and then load the files get loaded.
