Hello,
I'm trying to figure out how to increase the speed at which a fluid is emitted. I want it to emit like a fire house would emit water. How would I set this up? Thanks.

just add velocity attribute to your source points, FLIP will inherit it

Thanks Thomas for your help. Could you briefly explain why this is working because I'm not sure I understand.

Also, is there a way to setup this attribute to reference the geometry so when it moves the velocity will point in the direction of the geometry?

In the video I have the circle doing a 360 but the fluid is going in the Z axis the whole time.

You need to add a velocity vector to the source geometry, or you could add a normal and use that as your velocity. If you do, you need to set the source attribute to be the normal(N).

In the fluid source node you can turn on the visualization of the velocity under the velocity volumes tab.
