Hi guys, does anyone have a clue what could be the issue with Help Manager stop working all of a sudden. When I reinstall Houdini things will work just fine for few days and then kaboom, its stops working and I am starting to get this error.

Any ideas how to solve this issue? I've tried to find one but in vain. This happens within the Houdini so as when I set custom env variable to run directly from the default browser outside Houdini. Thanks
