Hi

I have a strange problem with some EXR files rendered in Karma.

After rendering the image sequence, some EXR images have one, two, sometimes three black pixels which can't be even retouch in image editor.
While making a comp in DaVinci Resolve those pixels become much bigger.

It's a simple scene with materialX (19.5 apprentice)
