Hi all. New and self-taught Houdini user here.
I am trying to create a beer pour and it works quite well so far. My only issue for now is that the velocity of the FLIP doesn't change much and so the liquid at the top of the glass is quite turbulent. I would very much like to know how I can scale down the velocity relative to the lifespan of the particles. The only resource I found for that was a Reddit post from 2006 and the files no longer open. Regardless of whether it would look more or less realistic, I'd still like to know how to do it for future projects as well.
For context, the black particles represent the liquid and the white represents foam/bubbles.
Is anyone able to help me with this, please?
Reducing particle velocity according to lifespan.
