I'm having this weird issue where I am getting an error when I am trying to render frame “148” in the mantra node. Error says it is unable to read frame 149 from my file cache node of my simulation. Why would it need frame 149 when I am trying to render frame 148? I tried recreating the file cache node, but it does not solve it. Only thing I have done as a work around is duplicating the frame 148 cache file and renaming it to 149. No error, but want to know why I am getting this error in the first place.

Yes. When you fracture an object Houdini should create groups for each of the pieces, plus two groups called: inside , and outside.
Or you can create your own groups based on your pieces. Using these groups you can then use material sops to only affects certain groups. Cheers!

Any way to change the interior color of an object? Black was there by default and I can't figure it out. I am using version 17.5.327 (Apprentice). Thanks!
