omg it worked :p
i just created a dir called keys in c:\windows and gave it read/write permissions
that fixed it :p

i dont have a keys folder in windows -_-
maybe thats the problem (or does it autocreates a folder?)

i only have one acount on this computer and is (obviously) an administrator acount
