I'm getting the same errors. I tried switching to local licensing, since i thought this would help when there are problems because of the flood, but that doesn't work either.
Allthough there are 3 green ticks and everything seems to be ok.
Whenever i start houdini, it keeps reinstalling the licenses forever.

Any ideas?
