Volume render problem Karma viewport vs USD Rop 2023年5月16日15:36
Hello,
Im trying to do a render of a scene of lots vdb clouds, but im stuck now.
I assemble the scene on sops than send to lops.... Using the karma xpu viewport the render its pretty awesome, very fast and nice.
But when i try to render a sequence with karma rop it just eat all my ram and my swap(zram)(88GB) Then it gives me the error 9 and kill karma process. the weird is the perfect viewport render, and if i try to render just 1 frame it works, if i take out some clouds until the render fit the ram quantity it works too. If i do a flipbook render works too.
Does it have a way to work around or improve the excessive use of ram memory on Karma XPU ?
