Hello,

I am having trouble with the terrain tools, particularly with the terrain output node. I do not know if I am doing something wrong. I do not have the indie version, but the paid version, but I just cannot seem to figure out what I am doing. When I click “Save to Disk” nothing seems to happen. I would appreciate any advice that anyone might have.

I am new to Houdini, but not game dev software, and I was wondering if a repo or database existed of example nodes for the new terrain system? Something akin to Unreal's material examples (see screen shot below for reference) to let new users understand what nodes can plug into where, etc. I find lots of documentation on the “old” terrain system, but would love to see some examples for the new. I would appreciate any help and/or advice. Thanks!
