You can make a primitive group per leaf and then a clothconstraint node for each different setting.
in the cloth constraint setting point to the group. See attachment.

Yes, thanks I noticed I had the surface offset to 0.01 that caused the shrink.

Thank you very much for the help. I 'll try that right away.
as for the for the tissue muscle alignment. I noticed that tissuesolidify node created this geo that intersected with the muscles.
I think need to tweak those values a bit more.
I attached a little WIP movie of what i am working on. Its a running cow, the belly is still far to jiggly.
