I’m a VFX artist with 8+ years of experience. I have a comprehensive understanding of the full VFX pipeline having worked in multiple departments: Pipeline, Environments, and most recently FX. With my roots in computer science and a good eye for detail, I consider myself to be an effective bridge between the creative and technical aspects of media creation. I've worked at DNEG in London, Framestore, Outpost Belo and PrimaryVFX.
I'm currently working as a Data Analyst because of how volatile the VFX industry is and with the return to office mandates I can no longer afford to relocate back to London. Therefore I'm using Houdini as a hobbyist/enthusiast at the moment. I hope for a change making the VFX industry a more stable choice that I may return professionally some day. :) less

Problems with glass rendering 2016年8月13日8:16
Hi all,
I'm making a fluid demo using houdini. I wrote my sph fluid solver in opengl and have used alembic to import the point data into houdini.
I'm attempting to create a very simple scene for my demo: the fluid in a glass tank, with an infinite curve background. I'm not well versed in lighting/shading/rendering in Houdini and have some very frustrating artifacts appearing in my render.
I have attached my render. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Many thanks
