• optimised guide capturing when input geometry is time dependent.
• fix for cases where the name attribute exists on both points and prims, i.e when inputting

packed fragments and unpacked geometry - empty names from one will be replaced by names on the other to avoid tripping up the transform pieces SOP.

Added constraint guide geometry visualiser to the RBD Bullet Solver to help tune the constraint settings. Added controls for the viewport inspector font size and float precision.
