When switching from a LOP scene viewer pane tab to another pane tab, or maximizing a pane tab in the desktop, we now pause the renderer instead of terminating it (we still terminate if the renderer does not support pausing). This way the render doesn't need to restart when the scene viewer tab becomes visible again.

Added a new mode for the HOUDINI_BUFFEREDSAVE environment variable. When set to 2, the output stream for the file is not opened until the buffer is ready to be saved, which avoids corrupting the file on disk if a crash occurs during the saving process. This mode may exhibit some differences in error reporting, for example if the output stream only fails to be created when flushing the memory buffer, vs failing at the beginning of the save process.
