Scene graph tree collections subpane now shows collection namespaces as "folders", and all operations can be performed on a whole branch, to apply the operation to all collections under the branch. Also, a new toggle allows the hierarchy to be "flipped" so that collection names are the root of the hierarchy, and prims are the leaf nodes. This view is useful if you have collections with the same name defined on many separate prims in the scene.
