Added a Python script called py23convert.py to help with converting Python 2 code in HDAs to be compatible Python 2 and Python 3 code. There are also two additional scripts, expandHDA.py and collapseHDA.py, which are used by py23convert.py to expand and collapse HDAs, and can also be used on their own.
